Guangdong Capsule Machine Co., Ltd. has opened international trade collection accounts to make overseas purchases of capsule toys and machines easier. Once the goods, quantities, shipping costs and order total are confirmed, you can ask to pay in a supported local currency or in US dollars, without first converting your funds into Chinese yuan.
Pay in your local currency where supported
If your payment location, currency and transfer method are supported by our available accounts, you can pay the confirmed order in your local currency. Eligible orders may use a local bank transfer. Tell us your payment country or region and preferred currency; we will confirm the available account and amount before sending payment instructions.
Local-currency payment does not mean there is no currency conversion or bank fee. The amount and responsibility for charges must be agreed before payment.
USD settlement is also available by arrangement
If you normally purchase in US dollars or hold a USD account, contact us for a USD quotation and collection arrangements. Once the USD total is agreed, pay using the bank details supplied for that order; there is no need to convert to Chinese yuan first. Available bank transfer methods, including international wire transfer (T/T), depend on your location, the receiving account and order confirmation.
From placing an order to arranging payment
- Select the products and purchasing units on our website and submit an order or purchasing list. No online payment is required at this stage.
- Confirm quantities, stock or lead time, delivery address, shipping method and freight with us.
- Tell us your preferred local currency or USD. We will confirm the payment route, settlement amount, quotation validity and responsibility for fees.
- Pay by the applicable local bank transfer or international wire using the order-specific details, and retain your payment receipt.
- After verifying that funds have been received, we prepare or dispatch the goods according to the agreed order and update you on progress.
Confirming amounts and receipt of funds
Website prices are displayed in Chinese yuan by default. For payment in another currency, use the currency and amount specified in the agreed order or payment notice. Do not transfer the displayed numeric amount in a different currency without confirmation.
Supported countries, regions, currencies and transfer routes depend on the actual accounts available; not every local currency is accepted. Bank and intermediary fees and arrival times vary. We will agree the required net amount and fee allocation before payment. Payment coverage and shipping coverage are confirmed separately.
