Buying and prices
What is the minimum order?
We sell wholesale only: orders start at one bag and can be placed by the case. We do not sell single pieces. The quantity per bag and per case is shown on each product page.
How do I see wholesale prices?
Wholesale prices are shown to approved wholesale members, and members at the same level see the same price. Product pages also show the single-piece price to help you work out costs.
Are the products genuine?
All capsule toys we sell are genuine products, purchased through official channels or developed in-house. We do not sell counterfeit goods or goods of unknown origin.
How do preorders work?
Order before the deadline on the product page. The release date and estimated arrival are confirmed separately, and payment and delays follow each product's terms.
Payment and shipping
How do I pay?
The website does not take online payment. After you submit an order, our team confirms stock, shipping and payment method. Please pay only to the account details our team gives you.
How is shipping charged?
The 0 shown at checkout is not the actual shipping cost. Shipping is quoted when we confirm your order, based on quantity, weight, destination and method, and settled with the goods after you agree.
How soon do you ship?
In-stock items ship within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. For large orders, preparation time is given when we confirm the order.
Where do you ship to?
We ship mainly from Guangdong to mainland China. For other countries and regions, please contact us to confirm delivery and shipping method.
After-sales
What if something is wrong with my delivery?
Keep the packaging, take photos and contact us as soon as possible. Once verified, we will replace, resend or refund.
Can I return duplicate designs?
Capsule toys come in random designs, so duplicates or an incomplete set are not a quality issue.
Factory and customization
Can you customize machine exteriors?
Yes. Our own factory in Dongguan makes molds and custom exteriors and logos; sheet metal, injection molding, painting, assembly, control boards and testing are all done in-house.
Do you offer capsule toy OEM?
Yes. From your artwork or samples, we handle design, prototyping and mass production, and keep client designs and orders strictly confidential.
What do you need for a custom order?
Tell us the quantity, your design materials (drawings or samples) and target delivery date. We will assess them and send a plan and quote.
Machine services
Can old machines be retrofitted for QR payment?
Send us the brand, model and photos of the machine, circuit boards and interfaces, and we will confirm a plan after checking. Circuits and structures differ by model, so we do not promise universal fit or fixed lead times before checking.
Can I rent machines for an event?
Yes. Tell us the city, dates, quantity and venue conditions; after checking availability we confirm fees, handover and return.
Do you have a connected management system?
Yes. The smart capsule machine system is developed by our partner AnyTake Orbit, with QR payment, phone-based shop management and connected monitoring. It is in closed testing and opening soon.
